If you did a paper on paper, upload clear photos or a PDF of your answers. It says so. Any answer it cannot confidently evaluate is flagged for review. On an uploaded paper it is marked "unable to determine" and left out of your score; on a paper answered on your phone its mark is labelled as a guide until our markers check it. An uncertain mark is never passed off as a sure one.
