Partner programme terms

The agreement for teachers, tuition centres and other partners who recommend SPM Booster and earn a commission.

Last updated 16 October 2026

1. The parties

This agreement is between Tenang Teknologi Solutions (registration no. KT0560731-W), a business registered in Malaysia, which operates SPM Booster (the “Operator”, “we”), and the person or organisation joining the programme (“you”). You accept it by ticking the box when you apply to join. It sits alongside the SPM Booster terms of use and privacy notice.

2. Joining

  • You must be at least 18. If you join for an organisation (for example a tuition centre), you confirm you may bind it.
  • We may accept or decline an application, and may close or change the programme under section 11.
  • If you are a public officer (including a teacher in a government or government-aided school): you may join only if the rules that apply to you allow it, including any written permission from your Head of Department that the Public Officers (Conduct and Discipline) Regulations 1993 require for outside work for reward. When you join, you confirm that you hold any permission you need and that you have read section 6. We may ask to see the permission, and may refuse, suspend or end your participation, or withhold commission, if we believe payment would break a law or the rules of your employer.
  • We run this programme in line with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009. Commission is paid only for genuine referrals made openly, never as a reward for using a position of authority over students.

3. Your role

  • You are an independent partner. You are not our employee, worker, agent or representative, and you may not make promises or agreements on our behalf.
  • The programme is non-exclusive, has no minimum activity, and you choose when and how you promote SPM Booster within section 6. You use your own equipment and bear your own costs.
  • You are responsible for your own income tax, EPF, SOCSO and any other contributions on commission.

4. Your referral link

  • We give you a personal referral link. A purchase is credited to you when someone opens your link and, within 30 days, buys a package or creates an account, and no other partner's link was opened first in that period.
  • First purchase only: you earn commission on the first package each referred person buys. Their later purchases do not earn commission.
  • Our records decide whether a purchase is credited to you, unless they are clearly wrong. If you think a referral is missing, tell us within 30 days of the purchase and we will check.

5. Commission

  • You earn 20% of the price paid, excluding SST, on the first package each person credited to you buys. Payment-provider fees are not deducted. The rate and the calculation are shown in your dashboard. We may agree a different rate with you in writing.
  • No commission on: your own purchases; purchases made through your link by you or your household; orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back or fraudulent; or referrals obtained in breach of section 6.
  • When commission is paid: commission is pending until the order's refund period has passed (14 days; see the terms of use), then approved. Approved commission is paid monthly, by bank transfer to the account in your dashboard. You must keep those details accurate.
  • The minimum payout is RM50. Smaller amounts roll over to the next month, but at least once a year, and when you leave the programme, we pay out any approved balance whatever its size.
  • Refunds after payment: if an order is refunded within 90 days after its commission was paid to you, we may deduct that commission from your next payments.
  • Tax: commission is your income and you are responsible for declaring it. You must give us the tax information we reasonably ask for (for example your identification number and tax residence). Where the law requires us to withhold tax or to issue you a statement (such as Form CP58), we will.

6. How you may promote SPM Booster

You must:

  • describe SPM Booster accurately, using our materials or wording consistent with them
  • make clear that SPM Booster is an independent product, not a KPM, school or examination-board service
  • tell people, including parents, that you earn a commission when they buy through your link (for example “I may earn a commission if you buy through my link”)
  • direct your recommendation to parents, or make sure parents know about it, when the student is under 18; a purchase must be the family's own free choice

You must not:

  • promise or suggest any grade, result or improvement
  • pressure students or parents, or make buying a condition of anything in your class, school or centre
  • promote SPM Booster during lessons or school hours, through school notices, groups or systems, or in any way that uses your position of authority over students
  • send spam, or use our name or brand in paid search adverts or domain names
  • create fake accounts, buy through your own link, or use any trick to earn commission
  • collect students' or parents' personal data for us, or share it with us

7. Brand

  • You may: use the name “SPM Booster” and the materials we provide, only to promote SPM Booster under this agreement.
  • You may not: change our logo, or claim to be part of, or endorsed by, SPM Booster or Paradigm Pro.

8. Data

  • What we keep: your details, bank details and commission records, to run the programme, pay you and meet tax law, as described in our privacy notice (payment records are kept 7 years).
  • What you see: your dashboard shows totals only. You do not receive personal data of the people you refer.

9. Suspension and ending

  • You may leave at any time from your dashboard or by e-mail. Approved commission is still paid (section 5).
  • We may suspend or end your participation at once if you break this agreement, if we believe your participation breaks a law or your employer's rules, or if a school, parent or authority complains about your conduct and we consider the complaint credible. We may withhold or cancel commission linked to the breach.
  • We may end the programme for everyone with 30 days' notice. Commission earned before the end is still paid.

10. Responsibility

  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profits. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the commission paid or owed to you in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
  • Claims caused by your breach: you will compensate us for losses, claims and penalties caused by your breach of sections 2, 6 or 7.

11. Changes

We may change these terms or commission rates with 14 days' notice by e-mail or in your dashboard. Changes apply to purchases made after the change takes effect; commission already earned is not affected.

12. General

  • Transfer: we may transfer this agreement to an organisation that takes on our obligations under it, including a buyer of SPM Booster or of the business that runs it, and Paradigm Pro Sdn Bhd once incorporated; we will tell you. You may not transfer it without our written agreement.
  • Law: this agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
  • Severability: if any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • Whole agreement: this agreement and your dashboard rate are the whole agreement between us about the programme.
  • Language: this agreement is in English.
